Welcome to Minimal App Launcher! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Minimal App Launcher mobile application ("Application") developed for iOS devices. By accessing or using our Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Application.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aspects grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on an iOS device owned or otherwise controlled by you.

No personal data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties. Our Privacy Policy provides further details on our data practices.

Application offers a Pro Plan which is available for purchase through the iOS App Store. The Pro Plan unlocks the creation of unlimited launchers within the Application. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store and are non-refundable except as required by law.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application (including all intellectual property rights therein) are owned by Minimal App Launcher or its licensors. Your use of the Application does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
